San Diego Underwater Hockey - Game Locations

San Diego Underwater Hockey is played, primarily, at the Mission Beach Plunge (Pool) in Mission Beach, California. Mission Beach is a beach community of San Diego. (see schedule)

During the summer months we play Saturday afternoons at the Bud Kearns pool located within Balboa Park (Morley Field) , San Diego. (see schedule)

Located next to the beach, the Plunge is a public pool near the Roller Coaster at Belmont Park. This is at the corner of Mission Blvd. and West Mission Bay Drive. The pool is in the South West corner of the Belmont Park area.

From the North on 5 -
South on 5, West on Sea World Blvd., North on Ingrham ... see below ...

...West on West Mission Bay Drive, South on Mission Blvd. to second parking lot driveway on right. The Plunge is in the North-West corner of the large parking lot.

Easiest access, is to follow Texas street (South) from Interstate 8. Texas ends directly into the pool parking lot.

I-5 to Loma Santa Fe Dr. (One exit North of Via Del Valle / Del Mar Race track). West to pool, on your left (South side) just past Stevens. New pool (Summer 2007) 25 yards x 25 meters. Consistant 9 foot depth.
